Refund & Return Policy Details
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We want to make the return process as simple and user friendly as possible, and are constantly updating and upgrading our systems to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience possible. If you do not meet the requirements below, please contact us, your business is important to us, and we want to work with you if you to ensure a mutually beneficial result.
Return Requirements
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product isn’t used or damaged (where applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- You order the wrong item
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from NW Industrial Supply. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) Protection
Despite our best efforts to test and maintain the equipment and supplies sold on this website, there have been rare occasions where items arrive damaged, or non-operational. In most cases, we will choose to refund entire purchase (including shipping) and pay for the return shipping. To determine whether or not your purchase qualifies for DOA protection, please contact us prior checkout.
Damaged or Defective items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Restocking fee
We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee per item on non damaged and non defective items at our sole digression.
